T. Thomas made a motion to approve the minutes from Atlanta Unbound Academy Monthly Board Meeting on 08-16-26.
A. Williamson seconded the motion.

    • Grant around STEM, Robotics and Gardening

      • Directly coordinated with the garden 
        • $7200 of the greenhouse
        • Phase 2 and phase 3 of the greenhouse garden 
  • Tim has Microsoft coming in on Oct 28th

A. Williamson made a motion to open a saving account separate from operating account to help fund the students 529 accounts.

  • Separate savings account - to save funds anticipating funding reductions. Deduction happens Dec - Feb. 
    • Motion: Savings account that grows interest - Money Market Account, 2500 non-negotiable, no more than 6 withdrawals
