G. Wallis called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Edison School of the Arts to order on Monday Dec 11, 2023 at 3:30 PM.

G. Wallis made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 11-13-23.
A. Berns seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
