Call the Meeting to Order
T. Overdorf called a meeting of the Academic Excellence Committee of Edison School of the Arts to order on Monday Oct 16, 2023 at 4:30 PM.

Approve Minutes August 2023 Academic Meeting
K. Marshall made a motion to approve the minutes from Academic Committee Meeting on 09-13-23.
T. Overdorf seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Academic Excellence

October 2023 Academic Report
Presented by Amy Berns. Discussed revising the personnel report with detailed staffing needs, hiring expectations, exit interviews, sped compliance and EPAC committee.
