Call the Meeting to Order
G. Wallis called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Edison School of the Arts to order on Monday Jun 19, 2023 at 9:00 AM.
II. Finance Committee Meeting

April Meeting Minutes
G. Wallis made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Meeting on 04-14-23.
T. Overdorf seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Review 23-24 Budget Discussion
Amy stated we are almost fully staffed. Discussed landscaping needs at the school approved by Greg and Tanya. Submit landscaping invoice to Ted Givens for sign-off.

Submit Financial Final Budget 23-24 Academic School Year
Final 23-24 budget will be submitted to IPS once completed.

Discussed compensation increase as outlined in the executive session from the 6/13/23 board meeting.
The invoice is on the way from Barnes and Thornburg billing from March-May 2023. Another invoice may follow.
