G. Wallis called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Edison School of the Arts to order on Friday Apr 14, 2023 at 9:03 AM.
G. Wallis made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Meeting will be held on Zoom. on 02-08-23.
T. Overdorf seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

DEI Invoice Discussion Amy provided discussion surrounding services provided.
Greg approved paying Phase I invoice. Reach out to Dr. Harewood to see when Phase 2 was completed.
