Edison School of the Arts Mission is to continue to be an educational and artful resource for all students, parents, community, and staff members by consistent and focused professional development, invitational practices by all, utilizing quarterly and annual reviews.  We will continue to develop our educational and arts aesthetic by expanding our arts experiences, exposure, and partnerships

Edison School of the Arts Vision is to provide an environment that promotes high academic and creative achievement through implementation of visual and performing arts course programming. We encourage students to become responsible citizens who are culturally diverse. We develop lifelong learners, appreciators, and consumers of the arts.

Public Notice is hereby given that an Executive Session of the Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 immediately upon the conclusion of the Special Board Meeting (which begins at 5:30 p.m. EST).  The Executive Session will NOT be open to members of the public. 

 

THIS EXECUTIVE SESSION WILL BE CONDUCTED IN PERSON AT EDISON SCHOOL OF THE ARTS IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM.

 

The Executive Session will be held to receive information concerning employee misconduct pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6)(A) and to discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9).

 

 

This Executive Session Notice was prepared by Heather D. Harris, Partner, Barnes & Thornburg LLP and amended on March 6, 2023 to clarify the Executive Session of the Board will take place immediately upon the conclusion of the Special Board Meeting.
