SY20-21 Committee Goals
  • On-going: (Solvency) Ensure that the school has 365 days of unrestricted income COMPLETE
  • Approve 2021-2022 Budget NOT COMPLETED
    • Budget changes necessary due to ESSER dollars, changes to expected Title dollars, Mind Trust supports, and IPS dollars
  • 2021-2022 Budget Proposal COMPLETE
  • Select Auditor for 2020-2021 COMPLETE
    • Donovan
  • Review and Accept the 2019-2020 Audit COMPLETE
  • 2020-2021: (Policies) Update the ESA Policy Book for FINANCES #6000 COMPLETE
  C. Establish SY21-22 Committee Goals

  • Renegotiate IPS innovation contract to achieve more favorable financial terms
  • Develop SY2022-23 budget proposal and pass prior to start of year
