	A.	End of School Year
		The third year of Edison School of the Arts, Inc. will come to a closed on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. The year 2019-2020 school year with conclude 606 students receiving grades based on engagement. Because of the COVID-19 shutdown, there are new procedures in place for the year-end. The academic staff and support staff will return to school during the weeks of May 18 and May 25. They are being assigned specific 4-hour timeslots. The 53 team members include homeroom teachers, arts specialists, counselors, special education, ESL, and instructional coaches. In addition to closing down their rooms, the teachers will also pack any items left behind by students. Students will then be allowed access to the building on June 2nd and 3rd so that they can obtain any left-behind belongings.
