P. Flinch called a meeting of the Operations Committee of The Meliora School to order on Saturday Feb 7, 2026 at 8:11 AM.

Elect Chair and Vice Chair

Purpose, scope, and objectives of the committee
Committee discussed the scope, purpose, and objectives of the committee as well as potential blockers.
Needs:
- information from Head of School and DOO on what they will tackle vs. what needs support from committee
- calendar a day for the Board to tour the facility
- Reporting on project growth and plans for year 1, 2, and 3

Next Steps
Polly to reach out to Dr. Keck regarding aligning the Head of School and DOO activities with the Operations Committee and understanding which parties are tackling which pieces of work to be done and other needs noted above.
Operations committee to put together charter, review, and finalize prior to the next operations committee meeting.
