Call the Meeting to Order
W. Churchill called a meeting of the board of trustees of Young Scholars Charter School to order on Monday Jan 8, 2024 at 11:03 AM.
II. Motions for Approval- Policy / Governance / Operations / Miscellaneous
A.
To approve the 5th grade expansion (contingent upon Board of Education approval) and submission of the application for the amendment to serve 5th grade
E. Kaplin made a motion to Approve the amendment application to increase enrollment to serve 5th grade by 2025 with no intent to go beyond 300 cap. enrollment.
W. Weisman seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
