Call the Meeting to Order
K. Swab called a meeting of the CBOC Committee of MOT Charter School to order on Wednesday Jan 17, 2024 at 6:07 PM.

Approve Minutes
J. Taylor made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance & Operations Committee Meeting on 11-29-23.
K. Swab seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. CBOC
A.
Review JP Morgan Statements

Review WSFS Accounts
reviewed statements from November and December. All expenses accounted for.
C.
Review monthly board financials
- almost all local funds have been received
- land and facilities outlay for trees and planting costs for the "20 for 20" fundraiser
- Safety and security grant outlay includes new doors for K8 MPR
III. Other Business
A.
Proposed B&C wing sprinkler replacement
discussed quote for completing remaining sprinkler work at K8 - B and C wings. total cost is $83,667. 30% due to secure project, remainder upon completion. will bring to full board for vote.
other topics discussed:
- possible fencing at K8 campus to create a perimeter barrier
- possibly gravel or paved access road to connect parking area to baseball/softball fields at HS
