Call the Meeting to Order
S. Doan called a meeting of the Citizen's Budget Oversight Committee of MOT Charter School to order on Wednesday Apr 15, 2026 at 6:05 PM.

Approve Minutes
S. Doan made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 03-18-26.
D. Whitaker seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Citizen's Budget Oversight

Review JP Morgan Statements

Review WSFS Accounts
The statements were reviewed and no issues were discovered.
C.
Review Monthly Board Financials
Rachael Dallas reviewed the revenue overview:
State: we have received all the State funding
Related services: we have begun pre-purchasing software for the 26-27 school year
