Horace Mann is the only national company focused solely on the Insurance and financial needs of educators. In addition to offering insurance and investing products for educators and their families, we are proud to partner with schools to provide informational seminars during non-instructional time to benefit faculty and staff.  Seminar topics include:
·         Federal student loan forgiveness for educators,
·         How to use www.donorschoose.org to enhance educational opportunities for students,
·         Saving for college strategies (this is also good for PTA organizations),
·         The State of Delaware Employees pension plan
Finally, we would be happy to discuss business partnerships with MOT Charter School campuses to include
·         Teacher of the Year awards
·         Student Incentives for attendance or achievement
·         Volunteering
·         Staff Appreciation events
