We will meet at the Memphis Education Fund.

    • Our focus will be on aligning the Governing Board and School Leadership around IOTA’s Strategic Priorities Data, ensuring that we are moving together in a clear and cohesive direction. This alignment is not just beneficial—it’s essential for setting effective goals that foster meaningful progress across all levels of our organization.
    • We are also proud to integrate Lean Six Sigma principles into our training framework. This approach equips us with proven tools to improve quality, efficiency, and collaboration throughout our governance and leadership practices.
    • Our training will be led by Dr. Henson, a state-approved provider with extensive experience in both education and quality management. Dr. Henson brings a dynamic and insightful perspective that will enrich our understanding and elevate our leadership practices.
