The Board recognizes the public's right to comment on educational issues and the value of allowing members of the public to express themselves on school matters.
Pursuant to Board Policy, public comment is limited to five minutes duration.
No participant may speak more than once on the same topic unless all others who wish to speak on that topic have been heard. 
Participants shall direct all comments to the Board and not to staff or other participants.  All statements shall be directed to the presiding officer; no person may address or question Board members individually.
Tape or video recordings are permitted during open session only, provided the person operating the recorder has contacted the School Director prior to the Board meeting.
