Call the Meeting to Order
S. Vyas called a meeting of the CEO Support And Eval Committee of Breakthrough Public Schools to order on Thursday Jun 4, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
II. Approach to CEO Evaluation for 2025-2026
A.
Core Methodology: The proposed approach consists of two primary pillars: ○ Utilizing a 360-degree review process. This is instead of the previous board survey, as not all questions were relevant to all board members. ○ Evaluating organizational performance directly against stated goals and priorities. ● 360-Degree Feedback Scope: The feedback will be gathered from a representative sample of stakeholders, including the board and members of the leadership team.

1. A 360 review conducted by the Board, staff, and Andrew.
2. An assessment against established Board goals.
3. A dedicated Board-level conversation.
4. A collaborative evaluation conversation between the CEO and the Committee.
