Call the Meeting to Order
C. Lipscomb called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Breakthrough Public Schools to order on Wednesday Mar 25, 2026 at 8:31 AM.

Approve February Governance Committee Minutes
S. Steinhouse made a motion to approve the minutes from BPS Board Governance Committee Meeting on 02-18-26.
J. Johnson seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

- Reviewed Current Board Nominees
- Heard updates from calls & outreach
- Aligned on next steps
- Finalize Recs by April 8
- Attendance Review
- Goal is 90%
- We hit 100% in December
- Smaller board, so we all need to show up to achieve a quorum.
- Next month, do a cross-section of attendance by person & by meeting
- Review Proposed Schedule
- Move forward to the full board for a vote
- Board Development Project
- Project to launch in June. Going with a provider familiar with BPS and Andrew
