  B. BPS Board Votes to Approve MOU between BPS/Arizona State University for Digital Lab at CLA
   
Grant funded program that will bring a digital lab to CLA (new location on Hampden Ave). Grant will fund build out of physical space as well as stipend to Digital Lab Program Manager. MOU has been reviewed by BPS Senior Leadership (McBride, Halleen, Johnston) as well as FOB.
