Latner McDonald called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Academy of Collaborative Education to order on Wednesday Nov 19, 2025 at 3:03 PM.

Lease for Middle School with Grace
Anna Grimmett made a motion to Approve financial terms of lease with Grace.
Seth Hall seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Unclear portions of lease about environmental law in section 9 (d). Kara net thrilled about shared cost of utilities. Section 5 Li) will be recommended to be 43% of 1/12 of 2025 taxes. Alc unit is of concern due to not being in operation church net giving any lead way on if ke have to replace HVAC system temporary solution until k-12 site for long term use
