Holly Allen arrived.

Grace Lease
Kara Maggiore made a motion to To amend the Grace lease item 5 (i) to reflect 43% of 1/12 of property taxes for 2025 and cost services list with garbage removed.
Joellen Freeman seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
