• Recruitment efforts- Participants in PATHways career day are asked if interested to serve on board. Think of ways to connect with individuals who express interest.

• Incident Communication Response policy- Alicia will review the Board response prior to responding to complainant. 
• Conflict of Interest form- Ensuring that board members are not being paid from school and ensuring that it is properly disclosed, if so. No form available. Adam will look into finding a conflict of interest statement. 

• Amanda Atkins has resigned from the board. We will vote on Felipe Cuatecontzi at the next board meeting.
