N. Woodson called a meeting of the Governance Committee of The PATH School to order on Thursday Oct 15, 2026 at 2:40 PM.

Approve Minutes
N. Woodson made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee Meeting on 08-20-26.
T. Pettigrew seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Layout of revised meeeting structure will be shared with Executive Director.

Concern raised by employee who would like to remain anonymous.
