Call the Meeting to Order

N. Woodson called a meeting of the Governance Committee of The PATH School to order on Thursday Dec 4, 2025 at 2:30 PM.

II. Goals

Board Goal Follow-Up

Board Goal Follow-Up

 

  1. Fundraising
    1. Participate in Giving Tuesday - Follow-up with David H. & Finance Committee
      1. David will follow up with Theo to see if there was any traction with the Giving Tuesday initiative. 
      2. Donation link will be sent to committee members as well. 
    2. Host fundraising event with goal of raising 15k - See Attached Documents
      1. "Tech-free fundraiser" Children earn $1 per (determined amount of time) child goes tech free. Students find sponsors. Michael will find more information. 
      2. "Friend-raiser" Potential sponsors.
      3. Open up suggestions to the board.
    3. Each member give a meaningful gift - Remind and communicate this goal.
  2. Attendance- members will attend:
    1. 2 school events - Track
      1. Committee members will be added to email of events.
    2. 2 social events - Coordinate
    3. Annual retreat, 80% of meetings (board and committee meetings) - Review Attendance since August 2025 (Retreat)
  3. Community Partnership
    1. Make 2 school- corporate partner connections
