Reviewed PATH’s classroom observation windows for the 2026–27 school year and the observation scheduling survey shared by Dr. Hays. Upcoming observation windows are August 24–27, October 26–29, December 14–17, February 22–25.

 

Daily Schedule would be:


Morning Session
• Classroom Observations: 9:30–11:00 a.m.
• Debrief: 11:00–11:45 a.m.


Afternoon Session
• Classroom Observations: 1:00–2:30 p.m.
• Debrief: 2:30–3:15 p.m.

Discussed PATH’s ILEARN data and opportunities to review student outcomes as a committee. As of August 6, PATH’s updated ILEARN data was not yet available.

  
  C. Education Committee Meeting Schedule FYI 5 m
   

PATH school leaders shared that Education Committee meetings during the school day are challenging. The committee will identify a new recurring meeting time after school that better aligns with the schedules of PATH leadership, committee co-chairs, and committee members.
