The RTHS Board of Directors meets monthly on the Third Wednesday of each month, except for December and July. Meetings are held onsite at 5:30pm until 7pm, upstairs in the Conference Room (Room 200).

C. Coia called a meeting of Research Triangle High School to order on Friday Oct 13, 2023 at 9:20 AM.

Personnel matters were discussed: dean of culture and CFO positions

A. Tobien made a motion to leave executive session.
G. Rodgers seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 10:00 AM.
