- Financials as of 1/31/26 - surplus at $266,562 DSCR 1.55
- Budget to be presented next month (to include proposed additional staffing needs/frozen positions)
- Vacancies - physics, instructional coach, support position (partial FTE)
- Unallocated excess fund proposal - further discussions
- storage shed - pricing
- window clings/branding - pricing
- signage on NC54 - change HAWK signage
