The RTHS Board of Directors meets monthly on the Third Wednesday of each month, except for December and July. Meetings are held onsite at 5:30pm until 7pm, at the school. There is frequently a virtual option posted, as well.

Call the Meeting to Order
A. Tobien called a meeting of Research Triangle High School to order on Wednesday Dec 17, 2025 at 3:49 PM.

Topics
- Personnel => Various personnel changes - 3 open positions
- School Replication => Update on RTHS replication school (West Triangle High School) had to proceed separately in 2022 and their charter language to be updated.
- The school has new name (Caroline Collegiate High School) and a new location close to RTHS opening in Fall 2026
- Reach out to legal for the their replication amendments to their charter
- Robotics Club parent complain => update provided on the complain and investigation

A. Tobien made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
S. Hunter seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 5:03 PM.
