The RTHS Board of Directors meets monthly on the Third Wednesday of each month, except for December and July. Meetings are held onsite at 5:30pm until 7pm, upstairs in the FBC Conference Room.

  1. Review Col. C Proposed 18-19 Amended Budget and vote to send to Full Board for their vote as final budget for the year. This is the Book-to-Actual Budget that the auditors review. 
  2. Review and discuss, approve if appropriate the staff proposal to 
  • 1. Give every on-site employee a $1,000 end-of-year bonus out of the surplus above the required DSCR surplus; ~$52,000
  • 2. Allow the remaining ~$225,000 to roll over into Capital Assets as savings to use for soccer field and/or gym in the coming year(s). 
  B. Budget Review and Approval for FY19-20
