1. Review the Performance Metrics at the Board meeting. These metrics came from the national authorizers of charters organization. We pretty much exceed their metric recommendations. 

2. PB & JD are meeting Thurs. after Board meeting with BB&T rep about our deposits to see if they can match or better Paragon, since we did the bond deal and our insurance thru BB&T. But at this point we are staying with Paragon as the 'riskiest' place we are willing to leave funds, set off against the interest that we receive each year on our deposits. We will bring to the Board any proposed movements of funds as the year evolves, and after the election.

3. Very good article about Cash Flow is attached for your edification. Pages 6 & 7.
