July will be new 2-year agreement for Executive Director role.
2 ACE Prep board members will join our board starting in July.
3 other new people will join the board in July.
Board meetings for next year- will stay monthly through this next year and in the morning. Will finalize and approve specific dates at next meeting.
Staffing:
2 teachers not returning next year, but by choice. One moving to Ohio, one leaving the workforce.
Amanda Liles is Head of School currently for ACE Prep and has signed to stay on as Head of School for next year.
10/16 current ACE employees have reapplied for next year.
T2T candidates are in the pipeline from both TFA and ITF.
Hired a parent of a current scholar, who also speaks Haitian Creole, as a part-time Scholar Recruitment Associate.
Enrollment:
Currently re-enrollment and new enrollment at CCP is 79%, ACE is at 54%.
Often get a large influx of new enrollees in June and July.
