Lots of applications came in
Hired an associate teacher, city connects coordinator, and K-2 dean.

Enrollment Update
A few scholars unenroll for various reasons, the largest factors are moving.
Scholars are continuing to enroll, including scholars who were previous scholars.

Panarama Parent Survey - Fall 2023 Administration
Survey was not anonymous for the fall round. Had a better response than the spring, but still want to continue to push for more responses.
Biggest push was around starting a Panther Parents group, and that number on the survey showed a positive trend in parent engagement
