Discuss conflict of interest forms
- Reviewed and no concerns flagged

Governance Meeting Next Steps
- Onboarding/Orientation
- Coordinate informal DEI board discussions
- Jinee to lead and will connect with MM next week to discuss developing an annual plan
- Coordinate informal DEI board discussions
- Academic dashboard will include data as it relates to racial justice
- Still need to define any additional indicators we'd like to track
- MM to check and see if the new SIS can support survey administration and other capabilities
- Reviewing accounting procedures and financial policies to ensure equitable practices are in place
- Developing a job description of what it means to be a board member at CCP

- Will launch board on track assessment in February
