Midyear assessments have shown a decrease in the number of students with 2-3 grade level delays. I-Ready math data shows improvement for each grade level, with a need for further interventions for middle school students, especially 8th grade. In ELA, there has been strong growth for English Language Learners and Black students - tutoring has been a great tool for strengthening student skills. The Director of Culture and Wellness launched a survey of student sense of belonging for 3-8th grade students and the data shows that the majority of students understand what school expectations are and feel a moderate to high sense of belonging.
