Call the Meeting to Order
Tiffany Randle called a meeting of the board of directors of Menlo Park Academy Governing Board to order on Tuesday Dec 10, 2024 at 6:41 PM.

Facility Financing
Jeffrey Sugalski made a motion to approve T. Harrison and D.Massa in official capacity to approve the resolution of the governing authority of Menlo Park Academy.
Sam Sherwood seconded the motion.
Discussion to address refinancing of W. 53rd street building.
