Teri Harrison made a motion to go into Executive session to discuss the hiring of a public official.
Suzanne McFarland seconded the motion.

New Hire
Teri Harrison made a motion to extend offer to Carol Ryan as Managing Director of Enrollment and Advancement for an annual salary of $72,000 pending all employment verifications and procedures.
Dante Giancola seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
