Teri Harrison called a meeting of the board of directors of Menlo Park Academy Governing Board to order on Thursday Feb 6, 2020 at 6:03 PM.

New Board Member Q&A
There is an opening on the board due to a member's relocation out of state. Two interested candidates asked and answered questions with the board.
Richard Hronek arrived.
III. Organizational Master Planning

Ideas
The original master site plan and possible changes to it were discussed.
Fraser Hamilton will draft a letter concerning historical and environmental details of the site. Tara Schmitt will communicate progress in the director's report each month. Rich Hronek will research BBU.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 8:44 PM.

Executive Session
Fraser Hamilton Sr made a motion to enter into executive session to discuss the performance of a public employee. Tara Schmitt and Jeff Jaroscak were invited to attend.
Dante Giancola seconded the motion.
Entered into Executive Session at 8:04pm and exited at 8:44pm.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
