Teri Harrison called a meeting of the board of directors of Menlo Park Academy Governing Board to order on Wednesday Jun 12, 2019 at 4:56 PM.

Employment
Suzanne McFarland made a motion to accept the resignation of Stacy Stuhldreher effective June 14th 2019.
Fraser Hamilton Sr seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Jeff Jaroscak arrived.
Fraser Hamilton Sr made a motion to discuss hiring of a public employee. A roll call vote was taken.
Suzanne McFarland seconded the motion.

Suzanne McFarland seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
