Call the Meeting to Order
Teri Harrison called a meeting of the board of directors of Menlo Park Academy Governing Board to order on Monday May 7, 2018 at 6:01 PM.
II. Staff Bonus Potential
A.
Bonus
Teri Harrison made a motion to go into Executive Session at 6:03 to discuss the compensation of a public employee and to invite in Jeff Jarosack.
Melissa Vlasak seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

The board came out of Executive Session at 6:31 pm.
Melissa Vlasak made a motion to award a bonus to a staff member as requested.
Suzanne McFarland seconded the motion.
The motion unanimously did not carry.

Melissa Vlasak made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Suzanne McFarland seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:32 PM.
