Call the Meeting to Order
Teri Harrison called a meeting of the board of directors of Menlo Park Academy Governing Board to order on Wednesday Mar 1, 2017 at 8:07 PM.
R. Hronek communicated he would arrive late, so we began the discussion portion of the Agenda item Transition Items first.
II. Executive Session

Executive Session
Cathy Aldrich made a motion to enter into executive session to consider the employment of a public employee.
Richard Hronek seconded the motion.

Transition Plans
General discussion about structure of options of Transition plans with regard to the school director position.
Richard Hronek arrived.
Cathie Leimbach made a motion to extend an offer to engage Nylajean McDaniel as the Interim School Leader at Menlo Park Academy for the remainder of the 2016-17 fiscal school year at a pro-rated annual remuneration not to exceed $90,000.
Cathy Aldrich seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
