Call the Meeting to Order
Teri Harrison called a meeting of the Enrollment Growth Committee of Menlo Park Academy Governing Board to order on Thursday May 14, 2026 at 5:05 PM.

Approve Minutes
Sam Sherwood made a motion to approve the minutes from Enrollment Growth Committee on 04-14-26.
Teri Harrison seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Plan Development
Reviewed draft EGOP implementation plan document. Discussed events to attend this summer. Expand parent ambassador program. Map out summer with dates and events. Order updated/additional items for kit. Review funnel math and report on progress towards those numbers.
