Approval of Carol Ryan to sit on the Governance Committee for the 2017-2018 year. She was on the committee last year and is a past MPA board member. Feedback from the board whether it is comfortable with Tim Williams and Gayle Reeves being committee involved but not official committee members due to their unpredictable time availability and Tim's potential perceived conflicts of interest if he was a 'voting' member. |
