Based on the SY 16-17 KRAs, we will review our committee goals for the year, revise as necessary and assign tasks. Specifically, we are to review KR2 under the section Institutional Advancement. Take into consideration our committee charter and our governance calendar as we review.

Plan the Board Retreat for the next Strategic Plan meeting in January. Decide upon Board member evaluation process. Samples and results from previous evaluations are uploaded FYI.

Review of the Charter for possible revision, if necessary. Attached is the suggested modifications by C. Leimbach.

Look at Committee Responsibilities Document and revise per Policy Governance Model. The Commitee Member Process was approved at the last board meeting with minor changes to include what the member receives for onboarding purposes.It is uploaded FYI.
