Hopefully the Handbook will be approved in July. So, need to assign out review of the other governing documents to revise. Also need to consider what we may include in a Governance Philosophy will be for MPA Board.

Looking at methods and structures to strengthen committees' functions. Also working on a committee member application in Google Sheets similar to the Board app only simpler, with name, address, etc. what experience will you bring to MPA...
