The planned trips for the year will push the field trip line item over budget. however the funds raised at the winter concert in the "fund-a-need" efforts ($9,800) were not allocated to this line item yet. The board needs to approve a budget update to that line item, honoring the donor intent of those funds and allowing the students to have the intended experiences. |
