Chair's Report
- Welcome prospect board members to the meeting
- Spoke to new admin structure the board agreed to (Superintendent, Principal, 2 APs). Striving with much clear role definitions and accountability. Decision was made for future growth. Biggest concerns that we wanted to address was to ensure clear instruction and long term planning/governance/operations.... The principal will be day to day, instructional leader on campus, where the superintendent will focus on the rest. This creates more stability, reduces overlap, clarifies, and shifts expectations in leadership roles. Thanks to staff that gave input and spoken to individuals. We have taken it all in to ensure it was all considered in decision making.
