Gina Fafard, Board on Track presented training to the BOD on roles and responsibilites as well as functions of the board.

HPA BOD Election of Officers

Danielle Binion made a motion to Nominate Danielle Binion as President.
Daniel Smith seconded the motion.

Motion to Go into Closed Session

Natalie Lewis made a motion to RSMo ยง 610.021. Closed meetings and closed records authorized when, exceptions, sunset dates for certain exceptions (1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys.... 3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded.....(13) Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment with no action taken.
