Notice is hereby given that the Hogan Preparatory Academy Board Governance Committee will conduct a meeting at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Hogan Preparatory Academy District Office, at 5809 Michigan Avenue.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic and the concern for health and safety of attendees, the January 15, 2021 Governance Committee meeting will be virtual.

We will discuss our initial planning meeting with Dr. Lane and gather feedback from the committee regarding specific discussion items and training the committee would like to make sure Dr. Lane includes.

We will review the draft of the Work Plan draft and assign months for completion of each action item. This will also serve as a review of goal progress.

We would like all committee members to have input to the agenda. For February, we will work on identifying secondary goals the governance committee would like to monitor and share with the Board. We would also like to discuss a Board Training Calendar draft. Other items for February?
