T. Rogers reported that The Board unanimously agreed to the Special Education Settlement presented and to provide the superintendent with a satisfactory evaluation for the 23-24 school year.

Board Comments
The Board thanked the staff for their contributions to CalPac. They thanked S. Green and C. Feher for their presentations. The Board recognized the value of CalPac's CTE program and the impact T. Phipps makes to the program.

CEO/Superintendent Comments
C. Feher highlighted CalPac's commitment to student success. She emphasized that everyone at CalPac works together to support our students in their academic journey and prepare them for their future careers and roles in society. C. Feher acknowledged that it is a significant effort but recognized that the faculty and staff were fully dedicated to this mission.
