Closed Session: Consideration of Confidential Student Discipline Per Education Code Sec. 48900
R. Whittaker made a motion to revoke the suspension of expulsion order for student 7986688323.
W. Schaff seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

The Academy of Alameda Board voted to revoke the suspension of expulsion order for student 7986688323. As a result, that student is expelled from The Academy of Alameda Middle School through March 27, 2020.

The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
