M. Huxley called a meeting of the board of directors of The Academy of Alameda Charter School Board to order on Tuesday May 22, 2018 at 6:38 PM.

Approve March 22, 2018 Board Meeting Minutes
R. Whittaker made a motion to approve minutes from the Board Meeting on 03-22-18 Board Meeting on 03-22-18.
D. Forbes seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Approve the March and April 2018 Check Registers
R. Whittaker made a motion to approve the March & April 2018 check register.
D. Forbes seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

AoA/AUSD ASES Middle School After-School Program MOU
R. Whittaker made a motion to approve the 2018-19 ASES MOU.
D. Forbes seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
